Looks pretty cool, alot like CoD2. Worth a try I suppose, if nothing else to pay tribute to MoH:AA ... still the best WW2 shooter out there.

I must admit that it looks pretty sweet but I think I will be holding my horses for a playable demo or at the very least some in depth reviews. I didn't like the fact that it looked like it was almost all shooting from the hip. Though the iron sites looked promising. I learned my lesson from Cod2.

I don't really think the shooting from the hip is anything to worry about. Most trailers for FPS games show shooting from the hip so you can still see the action. As for needing a demo before buying, I still would have bought COD2 even if I had played a demo. COD2 has no more problems than any other game, its the hacks that suck and that is just something that is always going to be there.

CoD2 also has a host of problems that create major headaches for server admins. IW knows about them and apparantly has no interest in fixing them. There is a long list of things that were really shady about the PC version of CoD2 but I guess thats best left for another conversation. Anyway, thats one of my main beefs.

The fact that there are hacks are inevitable and isn't why I started to dislike CoD2. Mainly it was the fact that it was poorly ported. I honestly think that they could have ported it and done a good job at it. But it seems IW and AV's minds are on making xbox games now. Now doubt because of pressure from Microsoft. I

I really do hope that they have done a good job on it. I never played MOHAA for pc, but anything would be better than CoD2 at this point. To be honest I would be totally content to stay with RO for many years to come I enjoy it more than any WW2 shooter I have ever played.

I think the biggest issue we all have is that nothing has come along to take its place. MOH:AA had more hacks than COD2, but Breakthrough and Spearhead came out and gave us something else to do. Those 2 ran their course and COD came out, about the time COD got hacked to bits and pieces UO came out - and then COD2 came out once the hacks and cheats for UO got out of hand. And now we have been stuck with COD2 longer than any other game of record and it is getting to be dull and boring to play matches - but pubbing within the clan is great.
