Hey Jo! yeah things are okay, the new house made it without a scratch but the condo is totalled. Still waiting to see if they will reimburse to renovate or just knock the whole complex down. In the meantime Mom is living in the house with the extended family. I'm in Cali still working haha and waiting for HL2 to get unlocked - not long now! Hoping some good mods come out for multiplayer. How you been?

And how's mp MOHPA?

MOHPA as a whole looks to have a lot of potential. The mp demo was a POS. There is supposed to be anothe mp demo coming out and I really want it to be better but they have a ton of work to do.

Lots of mouse lag issues and stuttering.
